My experience was quite distressing. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. After requesting a room change multiple times, we still encountered issues like uncleaned bathrooms and a lack of basic toiletries, such as shower gel and towels. It felt like we were unheard, and the overall atmosphere was well below expectations for a 5-star rating. I couldn't help but feel let down and frustrated during our stay.

Additionally, the lobby areas were less accommodating for larger groups during peak times.

The dinner buffet was delicious. a real highlight was the wonderful service from rohit in the restaurant, who was always attentive and friendly.
